The Gnarmac bike is my go to bike and the weakest link in the chain apart from the rider are the wheels.
Currently some OEM hubs and Alex rims of some sort, non boost. Usage is pottering, gravel Audax and just getting out of the house. 35-40mm max tyres with 35 being the norm.
Would be nice if they could be changed to boost at some point for future proofing but not essential. Prefer if the hubs could come in silver/polished anno etc. Happy to buy in as separate items and have them built.
What think you all?
Starting with the colours. Quick roll call in the shed tells me I am bored with Black hubs, spokes and rims.
Anyone got as picture of silver hubs and spokes with black rims?
