I have an old size L Bell Super 2R which has done me good duty (now superseded by more recent models). I am thinking of getting a Troy Lee Designs Stage.
Has anyone tried both (to compare the fit)? The Bell Super I have is ok, but I could not go any smaller (and bought the largest available size manufactured by Bell). I have a big fat head and won't have the opportunity to try both for fit.
I have a very standard old Giro shaped head. I could never get on with the 2R or 3R but have a Super DH which fits very well, apparently Bell changed the fit quite a bit to make it fit more people better. Note the dual MIPS means it can wobble a bit with a light on top when in open face mode though.
Tried on a Stage in the shops and didn't like the fit at all. The guy said that you can adjust them a lot with the supplied pads but for me it was so far out I'd rather not bother
