Purchased new helmet but not sure how to adjust height that the helmet sits on your head if that sounds right!
At the back I notice it has 3 points of adjustment but frightened to pull these I case there's another way of doing it, instructions don't shed much light

I could be wrong but am sure it's the same as the TLD A1 helmet which I opted for over the IXS.

Turn counter clockwise to loosen fitment around the shell of your head and clockwise to tighten.

MrsbeanZ has an ixs and apparently it fits better with her hair in 2 pigtails than in a ponytail .

That helps cheesy....struggling to grow hair never mind pigtails
The adjustment knob at the back is no problem it's the adjustment for height I'm unsure about

The bits just plug in and out to move the cradle up and down. They are firmly attached though. I found that the upper setting stopped me wearing glasses and the lower setting stopped me tilting my head back!
