Search ebay for convertape. Used them a few times, always been good.

Not the ebay stuff !

My experience was that the convertape stuff was textured (so sent it back) and paragon tape stuff yellowed after 6-9months (apparent on a white frame but not on dark colours)

For quality thick stuff - JRA or quality thin stuff from BikeTart.

I've used the biketape stuff which is really thick and goes on fairly easily. Lots of people say the just riding along stuff is a bit thinner and easier to apply so that's worth looking at.

Most recently I've used a frame skin from invisiframe, this stuff was very easy to apply and has been lasting really well the past 3 months. The full kit is expensive compared to a few rolls of tape but it goes on very easily and covers all of the areas you need to cover.

E bay stuff was thin.

Just Riding Along thick, better to apply and stays on better

The 240micron is plenty thick enough to protect from scratches and stones.

Does not yellow after time neither.

To save yourself a bit of money, use the genuine 3m helitape for stone chip areas or bits with complex shapes as it moulds around corners better than the cheap stuff.
Then use the cheap stuff anywhere you only need to prevent scuffs and where there aren't any tight curves like along the top tube.

I bought the 3m stuff from a company called Viking tapes.
Good stuff and surprisingly easy to apply.
