Just bought a Titus El Guapo in anodized black but can't get heli tape to stick to the top tube. Any ideas on how to get it to stick down or any other stuff that will work.

try warming the heli tape up a bit and the frame (with a hair drier)
Are you sure that the frame is clean. Meths or IPA will work. As said warming the frame and the tape worked for me. Been on for 4 years now.
Got an anodized pace with tape on it. IPA on the frame, let it flash off, then warm the frame and the tape with the hair dryer.

Yeah the frame is clean but I've had no need for a hairdryer for the last 10 yrs. I'll borrow one and give it a whirl
