I have had some One Ones for a couple of years and recently bought some Fox Defend. Both decent enough, but when it's cool/cold I end up wearing leggings type things underneath (Snickers actually).

Can anyone recommend a thicker trouser? The DFYRS Coffin Dodgers have caught my eye, think they do two different weights. Don't want anything that's vented round my plums

Don't need waterproof, have those bases converted with dungarees and drysuit

Not tried them. But they have "winter" in the title

Fox do some Polar Tec ones I think, TLD do the Skyline in a chill version. The Fox may have been on Sport Pursuit as well.

I use the Decathlon trousers mentioned above when it's below 8 -  9 degrees. They're pretty good and warm but not as stretchy as the lighter weight ones which I use in warmer conditions

I have had a pair of fox defend fire for several winters, the pre bib ones.

They are absolutely roasting. If it's above 5, they aren't coming out the house. I am on the smallest end of the size I bought and they fall down enough I have to wear them with braces.

Water resistant and awesome in wet horrible freezing winter conditions. I wouldn't say I enjoy riding in slush, but these make it massively more enjoyable.

Endure Burner are thicker than most but still comfortable, they're my go to for colder days

On my third or fourth winter with the Decathlon warm trousers. Mind you they only get worn for two months max, they are so warm so they should last a few years yet.

Keela Roadrunners look good, and I've been meaning to try some out for winter riding - and looking just now they're 1/2 price on the Keela website...

Just ordered some 🙂

Has anyone tried any of the Revolution race offerings?

I have the Dfyrs Coffindodger AC & DC pants. The AC is thicker, much better suited for winter. The thigh vents are pretty good which is why I have covered them. My nuts were getting a chill!

I use a spray-on proofer as well which enhances them a little more.

If it's really cold I wear Craghoppers soft-shell trousers with ex-MOD Gore-tex over the top if it's also wet.

I've just started using these along with a load of their other kit.

The bundle deals are killer value.

Work very well with a waterproof re enforced arse.

I wear the arse out of trousers really quickly and these are showing no signs of wear at all so far.

I've got a couple of pairs of their walking pants, they have the stretchy bits in different places depending on the style you choose. I knock about in them quite a bit instead of the usual jeans. The hard wearing sections are pretty tough material and the knees are heavily articulated, but I don't think you'd get knee pads under them comfortably and they'd ride up your ankle a fair bit as well if you tried riding in them. I wouldn't choose to ride in them tbh, not when theres something more for for purpose (or do RR actually do riding pants!?)

Oh and they're not particularly waterproof, just shower resistant. They'd wet out very quickly on a rainy MTB ride.
