Do they work , any recommendations? As I’m fed up having two ice blocks for feet 🙄
Therm-ic insoles work for me.
Raynards suffering outdoor worker so struggle at this time of year. Buying the insoles was a revelation.
Warm a wear insoles here. Work well for about 2 hours. The heels are quite thick so your feet sit a bit higher in your shoes ( need spacious ones for winter socks anyway.
I don't have fancy Bluetooth ones. Just a switch on the side and USB charger port.
I've used heated insoles for a few years on the bike. OK for about 1.5 hours down to about -5 but useless below that or for longer. Ended up getting old man winter boots from Bontrager and they are way better than the insoles. Was using the insoles in Shimano mt91 boots.

These sre my best ever winter riding purchase paired with wearing trousers, I've not had cold feet.
You've probably already tried this but just in case... neoprene overshoes. They make so much difference to foot warmth!

I've used the toe warmer ones which do work surpisingly well, but once winter sets in I just switch to proper winter boots.
I bought battery operated socks last year from Amazon
Battery is about size of a match box and sits I. A pouch in side of the socks
I get about. 2hours or so at full heat of 4ish on med heat
Pair with the Adidas Goretex shoes they do keep my toes warm
Think they were around 40 quid
