my ritchey wcs stem is so thin at the steerer clamp that the headset spacers overhang by about 1mm all the way around

does anyone do thinner than standard headset spacers?

Remove the spacer, trim the fork.

Look for alu, generally thinner than carbon. PointOne Racing or Mt Zoom do lightweight ones.

Look forward at the trail ahead of you, instead of down at your stem. 😉

I feel your aesthetic pain - I had the same with a zipp stem. Searched for weeks before giving up. Alu was thinnest I found but still to thick.
To the person who said trim the steerer - you're supposed to leave a spacer above the stem if you have a carbon steerer

Ritchey and cane creek do tapered cone shaped spacers thick bottom thin top.

Quick ebay search throws up exotic carbon ones and some super skinny ti ones.
