hi all, I have a dartmoor 26 player from from 2016 headset EC34/EC49
I want to use a straight steerer fork with a short steerer tube. i already have a very low stack stem.
What headset can i use that :
A) allows me to use straight steerer in a tapered frame
B) ideally has a zero or as low stack to buy me as many steerer tube millimetres as possible

That's a dirtjump frame, right? To be honest, if the steerer is too short, I would be looking to buy a fork with a longer tapered steerer if I was into jumping. Just not an area you want to have problems with. Tapered steerers were introduced because 1 1/8 steerers had durability problems for jumping, DH racing, etc.
cheers, yes i'm aware of that and the reasons for tapered. The fork works well though so i would rather find a low stack headset ( i know ZS is impossible with EC) if at all possible,
