I got this frame, it says it takes : integrated 1 1/8 headset, 36x45
would that be :

No, an intergrated headset has no cups just bearings ,race/s and caps, an internal headset is what you have linked too as you can see it has cups.
Do a search for IS headsets, you should find what your looking for.
