The bottom bearing on my YT has seized up and won't spin at all...I have been on to YT who recommended that I get one of these

I would only be able to buy this from Germany with heavy shipping costs and I'm wondering if I could use a Cane creek or hope that I could buy in the uk that would do the same job?
Just replace the bearing cartridge. No need for a replacement headset/cups, unless you want to change the headset for some reason.
Well hope do mix n match, so you'd probably be able to just get the lower part of it is just the bottom bearings?
It is the bottom bearing, the top is good. Just need to make sure of the right spec, if I go for different brand.
