Want to fit a tapered steerer fork to my prophet, I have a hope reducer.can I buy the bottom cup and bearing separately or do I need to buy two separate headsets?......confused..if I can were to get them from?

Hope do a mix and match HS. Available from bike shops who sell hope (including CRC) one of those things where if your not sure best to check then get it ordered.
