Right, I have a 2012 Transition Bottlerocket Frame and I have recently bought new forks. My previous forks were a straight steerer and my frame is tapered (44/49.6) so I purchased a pair of bargain forks with a tapered steerer thinking they would fit.
My question is what headset do I need to make my new tapered forks fit my frame?
I'm assuming it's not a standard tapered headset as my frame is 49.6mm not 56mm.
The hope headset I've taken out has bearing in with a 30mm inner diameter and the bearing cup has an inner diameter of 41mm.
