Have a set of the above brakes that need bleeding. The caliper bleed screw has a hexagonal nut head that is very small & i don't have a spanner to fit, can anyone tell me what size i need to buy?

You'll need a 6mm, it's tiny.

Take care when taking off the plastic tube from the lever end. DOT fluid squirted out over me when I did mine.

Ok, brakes bled with Hayes kit from CRC.

Just one small problem - whilst pumping the lever as per instructions the damn piston popped clean out of the caliper - DOH!!!

Took the caliper apart & managed to push the piston back in & re-attatch the caliper, then re-bled it.

Will i have done any damage there or is it supposed to just pop back in like that?

(Seems ok so far...)

mine did the same , cleaned , pushed it back in no probs, also i thought it said to flick the leaver a bit to dispell any air.

I suspect i recieved an old Hayes kit from CRC - no mention of the Stroker range in the instructions, just HFX9 etc.
