I'd go for Havocs at your height and on a 6" bike. I'm 1.79 and using Havens on a 5.5" hardtail and my local riding is treetastic narrow twisty singletrack.

I just started using Havens and I bloody loves them.

So much, I brought another set for my hardtail. I don't want super wide as I hate the fear I get trying to thread through tight trees.

I have both - find the Havens a bit narrow, having used the Havocs.

I was undecided but found the havoc cheap so got a couple. Don't regret it at all.

Merlin have them for a decent price - another 5% off at checkout.

At your height, I'd say go Havoc. Wide bars increase the effective reach so look at a shorter stem before cutting them down, if you can. Speeds the steering back up so you still get precise handling with more leverage.

It was Merlin a while back. Less than £80 a pair I think.
