As post is slow to go down / come up again.

So either

- I'm cr@p at bleeding it, or
- air is getting in

I'll check th barbs are tight. Anything else to look for?

thanks

Checks for signs of fluid leaks...do a bleed and then replied again...also make sure the adjuster at the remote is set to slowest before bleeding...

Is it a stealth? I was having similar issues and took a good look last night. the hose was kinking in the frame when the seatpost was pushed into place. shortened it and gave it really good bleed and its returning snappier than it ever has.

I've done a bit of googling - reckon I may need to bleed the remote assembly. It's a bit squidgy at the lever

Usually the barb/hose area that gives issues.
Follow the sram bleed procedure to the letter and check you bleed kit it tight on the syringe/hose junction too as they're not great sometimes
