Good man, give it a go.

Just making bangers, mash and beans.

Just opened a brew.

Did 4.5 hours on the mountain bike today, out for a couple tomorrow.

And it's back to usual tomorrow too 🙂

We've had two days off now, and I've felt ill at the end both.

After just the four sausages in a bread roll followed by two croissants with butter and jam chased down with a litre of coffee I had for breakfast I was feeling a bit bloated. Maybe the couple of beers I had with dinner didn't help, or the repeated helpings of tarte tartin after it? Or maybe it was the salt in the crisps and pizza I had for tea? The Brewdog Hardcore IPA did help to settle my stomach a little bit though.

K-E diet: "Body fat is burned off through a process called ketosis, which leaves muscle intact"

That's what happens in iDiet, I believe.

Nope, thats the akins diet.

If you've entered into a state of ketosis while thinking you are iDiet, then I'd suggest you've made a mistake.

The iDave diet is intended as a sustainable, unending, way to eat.
I wouldn't suggest that a persistent state of ketosis would be a good way to live, imo.

Ton.
Good to know you're still heading in the desired direction.
🙂

You have just become unaccustomed to a fatty diet.

When I used to train loads and really watched my food, I just couldn't eat anything greasy, would rip straight through me. You have to re-introduce it slowly...

I know what you mean.
I've read, what is for me, quite a lot, since starting the iDiet, or at least, my form of it.
