I can tolerate MTBers on here much easier than I can in real life, I find the vast majority to be complete knobs, same for any group of people that take their hobby way too seriously
most people i meet who are into bikes do bear some resemblence to this fella, albeit a bit more rotund

I think you need to say what you mean plumber, you're skirting around things a bit with that.
There does seem to be a significant bias that way yes

Not just mountain bikers, it is across the board, all disciplines, you see too many knobs taking themselves and they're riding far too seriously.
