Thinking of a change from Macc Forest and surrounds - is it still in death swamp phase or are we breaking into the 2 months it is dry before the Summer rains arrive?! Cheers

You are welcome.

You will find a few mud pools but the rest is even a little dusty.

Don't tell anyone bout the new Cafe by the hospital trail, coffee was excellent and no people to get in the way 😁.

before the Summer rains arrive

There's also a narrow window before the bracken/nettles/brambles shoot up!
Should be absolutely perfect at the mo. Looking to go there myself very soon

Even the mud was grippy rather than sloppy!

Highly recommend Alex - enjoy

Oh go on, do tell. Near Waterloo Lane I assume. Is it part of the new lodge development? Have tended to avoid that bit recently due to the building.
