Hi, I'm just about to order something from the German site Bike 24, just wondered if anyone else had used them as I'm suffering (probably unjustified) foreign ordering nervousness.

Yes. Very good and delivery within 5 days or so. They are a good source of rockshox spare parts.

Yes, used them for quite a few years. Wondering how long until it all goes downhill, considering they were acquired by Wiggle.

Just used them for the first time. In my case, they used a card security check system whereby they sent a little bit of money to my card, I had to wait for this to show up on my statement and tell them the value, at which point they sent the order. So if you're in a hurry it may not be ideal. I don't know if they do this for subsequent orders; I would hope not.

Back in the day (2010?) they asked for a photo ID on my first order.

yup use them half the time, but then I'm in germany. (use bike-components.de the other half, which is as good, but the site's not 100% multilingual)</span>

afaict, Wiggle group planned to operate Bike24 as a separate entity, rather than merge the operations like they did with CRC-Wiggle. Means Bike24 gets all the Wiggle and CRC brands in their product lines. And depending on which way the GBP-EUR rate is heading, you can pick one of 3 stores to get the best price.

I didn’t know Wiggle had bought Bike24, but I suspect it’s a hedge against Wiggle/CRC suddenly being hit with extra tariffs and becoming uncompetitive in Europe and possibly the rest of world depending on how the politics of the thing that must not be discussed on the Bike forum play out.

I’ve never had any issues with Bike24.  They seem a slightly more focused shop than BikeDiscount or Rose, lots of useful spare parts that are hard to fine elsewhere.  Hope Wiggle don’t wreck them.

Recently ordered a pair of 4 pot deore calipers from them. First time I’d used them and all fine. Ordered Wednesday evening, dispatched Thursday, delivered the following Monday with DHL.

Would've thought Rose would be more up the OP's street. 🙂

Bike24 are good though - handled a warranty on a Thomson dropper very efficiently.

By way of feedback, my stuff has just been sent so, assuming it arrives, happy customer here (now I've just got to see if the Charge 2 damper sorts out my woeful Revelations).

Nothing to worry about buying from Europe.  As an EU citizen buying from an EU supplier, you're fully protected by EU consumer protection legislation

For another handful of months.

Bike24.com and bike-components.com have both done hassle free returns for me recently, and sent free postage labels so it cost me nothing at all.

The German sites are excellent when somethign goes wrong, in my experience.´And they generally get it all right.
