went browsing around OS maps of the lake DC recently and found a bridleway from wast water via nether beck to ennerdale fell that i've not been able to find any info about with regards to biking. map here:

switch to "hybrid map" in the dropdown box on the map screen to get a better idea of where it is.
so, has anyone done this on a bike, or walked it and has some thoughts about bikeability?
going from south to north, the climb doesn't seem to steep to ride at least parts of it, and google earth seems to suggest it's a well enough defined track at least half the way. downhill-wise i'm not so sure, it'd certainly be steep and satellite image shows only a faint path but that often happens with grassy trails in some light conditions.
The last time I did this route I think it was very boggy in places with tusocky grass,It might be ok after all the recent dry weather but its not a route that i have done much.
