what a year for me. the highs and lows were amazing.
looking for a job and eventualy deciding to do what everyone always said i should do and started my own coaching company.
losing friends and finally getting my bike stolen and recovered.
btw, whilst hunting for my bike i was sitting in a layby by a snowed in A1 watching an owl hunting through white trees and long a white road for about 5 mins. it was beautiful.
there's beauty to be found everywhere.
here's to another year of this thing we call life 🙂

After a dodgy start to my riding year, which mean't none until May, I have finally got back on the bike and enjoyed every ride this year.
Been on a skills course which has given me new confidence.
Also today's ride in the snow and ice was fantastic.
Here's to lots of riding for everyone in 2010.

2009 has been a truly hideous year for me. But as I escape it's @rse end I have hope that 2010 will be a huge improvement and I can approach it all with a smile on my face.
