I'm just putting some bike packing gear together and it's starting to become expensive. Looking for alternatives to the Alpkit Kanga. There's got to be some good DIY hacks out there. Whaddayagot?

I just use the Alpkit double-ended drybag and a could of straps.

That's the drybag that I have. With my cheap, bulky gear it's pretty much maxed out for space and is a big bundle on the bars. I have got a few spare straps - maybe I should experiment a bit more.
