I,M AWAY AT THE MOMENT AND NEED ADVICE ON MY HANDLEBAR DIAMETER,
ANYWAY I HAVE A MARIN, NOT SURE WHAT MODEL IT IS, ITS ABOUT TWO YEARS OLD.
THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS I PURCHASED A KLICKFIX BRACKET TO CARRY A BAG OR BOX ON THE FRONT OF MY MTB, BUT THE BRACKET SYSTEM ONLY FITS MY WIFES HANDLEBARS, WHICH IS SOMEWHAT SMALLER THAN MINE.
WOULD IT BE RIGHT MINES PROBABLY 31.8MM AND PERHAPS MY WIFES 25MM OR ARE THERE MORE SIZES AVAILABLE.

HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP AND THANKS IN HAND.

JOHN

Sounds plausible and your wife's would be 25.4.

Thanks chainslapp,

I should have known its 25.4 not 25 being a toolmaker by trade.

Some road bars are 25.0. MTB bars were always 25.4.

31.8 is pretty much standard for both now.

Yep there two standard for mtb's either 31.8mm (new-ish) or 25.4mm (old)

Just searching round: http://www.klickfix.de/ if you click on the "KLICKfix adapter" link on the left hand size, it brings you to a page that advertised a 31mm adapter for the bracket.

Drop them a mail to customer.services@zyro.co.uk
and ask if they can supply you? (or just try to buy it from that site?)
