I've been using one of the narrow ones for ages and it's great at keeping sweat out but it's slightly bulky and now the rubber bit is coming off. And I'd like a spare so I want another.

I was going to get the one with velcro to adjust, because the original wasa little tight, but there's also the Halo Air which looks like it's Buff type material with the rubber bit. Is that the case? Is it going to be less bulky?

The halo 2 air series on is good.  The bandit one is annoying with a helmet as the fabric is folded right at the back.  I haven't been able to get mine comfortable with a helmet yet.

The x3 is good too

I bought the Air 2. It's not Buff level thin, but it's a lot more comfortable than the original. Thinner and softer fabric. It seems to be the same size but because the front is bigger it's more comfortable on my large bonce. I can still feel it pretty snug around my head under the helmet, but it's much better than the narrow one. Although still less comfortable than just a helmet.
