Wife goes in to pick up my hollowtech 2 tool that i did a collect at store for...... See what I got in the pic below. I can excuse the one mistake, but this is the THIRD time in 6 weeks that I have done a collect at store and the wrong thing has been given. My wife does not know much about bikes and just assume what I order will be given to her.
Now my planned tinkering time this eve will have to be placed on hold as I am pretty sure I cannot undo my bottom bracket with a x king tyre!!!!!!
I appreciate that there are good staff and bad staff everywhere but seriously halfords - you have boiled my piss and I now have to return to Bracknell town center which is punishment enough to correct your error.

I see the problem: bikehut hollowtech [i][b]2 too[/i][/b], that must be a 2.2 tyre then, lol!
is the tyre worth more than the tool??
Maybe a couple I quid....think tyre is £19 quid ish (-20%)
not worth the hassle of reselling and posting ...and I wanted my tool so I could tinker this eve 🙁

Yes - I did mention to my wife that she must know the difference between a tool and a tyre - this is the reason why I am drinking my tea in the shed and cannot gain access to MY house.
