Hi,
Can someone check me here? 2024 fox 36s with hope v4s, need a H adapter? I've just fitted them and the 203mm vented rotor - even without the pads in, they need a small shim between the fork and the adapter to increase the space for the rotor.
Is that normal?

I have the same brake and fork, with 203 (non-vented) discs and all fits fine. Is the arrow on the adaptor pointing up?
Did you have the fork from new? Has someone faced the post mount?

I have this issue with my Hope V4's with 203m vented V4 rotors on Fox 38's & 36's also on the frame itself (Spesh Levo)
I run a thin washer between the H adaptor and the brake caliper body, don't run one between the fork and the adaptor as ideally you want a nice flush connection between those two
Even on my Transition Spur, the rear needs a small washer between the adaptor and the the Hope E4 caliper to make the Hope 180mm normal rotor fit, the Fox 34 fork is fine and needs no washers between the caliper and adaptor for the 200mm rotor to fitÂ
Thanks everyone. I also have an old set of L adapters, so I can tell the H ones are bigger. The forks were from new.Â
