Park tool internal snap ring plier are the only ones I ever found. Begrudgingly I spent the £18 on them *sadfaceemoji*

I went to my local tool shop and got the smallest long nose ones I could and they fitted fine.

You can take them on and off with your fingers.

Although as long as you snug the pin up tight I don’t think you need them

If it's the clip that retains the lever piston, I used a small needle nosed extension on my screwdriver - just managed to prise it out. Did need bending back into shape though before inserting back again. I did get a circlip plier, bit it was still too big to reach.

If replacing the piston, use the washer to hold it in place as you put the circlip back in. Push piston in, then pop in the washer and push it to the side so it rests in the circlip recess.

I have a Laser circlip plier set and was able to get it out- albeit with a few swear words! I think the set cost around £6 from an auto parts store.

I struggled to find a pair. Bought the park tools one but the tip snapped! Ended up just buying a new brake.

I took a cheap set (£3) and ground them down with an angle grinder to fit in. FWIW the replacement alloy pistons I bought work great.
