Guidance on eMTB tyre pressures (asking for a friend!)

Hi, a mate has just bought a Cube Stereo eMTB and is asking about tyre pressures. I'm assumimg that due to the weight of the thing (a small planet) you need to run higher pressures than on a normal full susser? Would the tyres be e-specific e.g. have stiffer sidewalls etc?
Any advice/experience from users on here appreciated.
