I'm off to Guernsey for 8 days at the end of the month, the culmination of which will be my sister in law's wedding. Since we're going over by ferry I thought I'd put my bike on the roof so that I can make my escape every other day or so for a quick blast, something I don't get a lot of time to do with 2 small children. However the presence of all my in laws make this distinctly more possible.
I'm happy just to explore and see what I find and my first ride will probably be a circular coast road one. Obviously it's not a particularly large place but I was just wondering if there was anything in particular I should seek out?
I'll be on my London Road so a mix of tarmac, mud and gravel would be ideal.
