Any idea if there is any real differance, both say cx,road,commute...

Same calipers different branding. Shifters are different due to different pivot point and different shaped lever though

Is the pivot point different for all GRX shifters or just Di2. I’ve seen a few reviews of the mechanical shifters that talked about the higher pivot point (and even commented on the improved braking performance) but I thought it was just Di2.

I thought they redesigned the shape of the shifter body for the di2 but the pivot point was different for all the levers. Then obviously just servo magic for the top 800 levers.

The raised pivot point is on the di2 only. The mechanical are just re-shaped levers. The RX810 calipers are the same mechanically as Ultegra but with a different spray job.
