Does anyone know if there are casual MTB group rides near Exeter?
I think there was a group Tue/Wed pre COVID up at Haldon, do people still go?
I think riding with some company would improve my technique! + I like the pub
I'll be up there this evening. The riding is Haldon's "off piste" stuff, if you like that sort of thing. And we do quite like the pub too. Meet as @Burchy1 says above or you can start at the Ley Arms at 6.30 to get to the same meeting point, which enables you to ride to the pub. The descent from Haldon to Kenn is good and we get to the pub about 9pm.
As above. Maybe short notice but I know there's a few riding from the ley to the top this evening leaving at 6:30ish.
Fast or slow, so long as you're having a go, and we try not to lose anyone. 👍

I went last night (for the first time in aaaages) and it was a great ride and everyone was as welcoming as ever.
They even put up with my ridiculous choice of bike 😁
