Hi,
On holiday in Cornwall and see there's some trails nearby at Grogley woods? They look promising on Trailforks, worth a go?
Cheers
Ben
Yep. One big fire road climb and multiple lines down. Hustyns and bishops woods extend it a bit.
Nice one ta, reckon it'll still be ok after the rain this week?
Never ridden it in the wet.
Cardinham is pretty weatherproof.
Grogley is always wet, slippery and fun.
Think I'll give it a bash, thanks folks
Excellent, I'd never heard of this, looks a bit more interesting than cardinham next time I'm down there with my bike
Grogley is really fun, great, well buily tracks but can be really slippy when wet! Lots of roots n a slightly clay based soil = fun n games!!
There's also Old Hill bike park just by St Mabyn if that's your thing.

As others have said, pedal up the fireroad and when you get to the top t junction turn left and pedal along till you see a pretty obvious entrance on your left. The majority of the trails start here and then there are splits in the trails as you go down the hill. I usually work the hill right to left covering off the lines.
well worth a visit!
Be aware that Grogley is DH. As said there's also Old Hill and Woody's bike parks.
Or say where you are when you're down and ask if anyone would show you around, lots of great riding that isn't on any maps!
Oh, you're down now. If Grogley is your thing you'll like Poldice too, and being an old mine is never too wet. No waymarked trails though, just ride up to the top and follow the trails down. Slowly first time as there *are* some big drops and gap jumps.
