Hi all I'm looking for new grips but I'm fusy on this. The majority don't list diameter which is my main concern.
I have race face Good n Evil which are nice but such a pain to get on and off.
My mate has SS grinders and they are perfect but I will never buy anything from them again. I am looking for something just like them, 32 mm and squidgy. Can I buy the SS unbranded from Alibaba or similar site?
I tried deathgrips soft compound and large for 3 rides and sold them, way to thin and hard. My mate has a set and I have tried them again and dont like them.
Go on your lbs and try what they have on their bikes, them ask them to order them in for you, as you've obviously had your fingers burnt by the internet shopping experience.
So somebody sells something which is perfect, but you're going to cut off your nose to spite your face and not buy it 😆
SS aren't perfect, but what internet site/shop is? However, you're more than happy to give money to a faceless seller on Alibaba who could be anyone. People are weird!
I'm on good terms with my LBS and they could not suggest anything. I am asking for suggestions for 32mm diameter and squishy. Not all manufacturers or retailers list diameter which is the issue.
I had a really bad experience with SS and I won't give them a penny. Buying from alibaba is no more faceless than any other online seller.
