Watching a snippet piece from the BBC on team Sky and the nutritionist mentioned green powder being excellent at getting nutrients into people who sometimes struggle with the 5 a day portions. Anyone use the stuff?

We've used it in smoothies since about 1999 and sometimes also spirulena. Another 'superfood' we use in different types of smoothie is Macca.
I've absolutely no idea whether it makes a difference or not as we just use it regularly.
imo, if possible you're much better just having a balanced healthy diet with lots and lots of leafy greens, but of course we don't always do that.

That looks like it has good stuff in it from the ingredients. However I don't know how people can struggle to get 5 a day.
I don't struggle to get 5 a day often, but occasionally if work is particularly hectic coupled with any commitments outside of work I may not get what I consider to be enough.
Plus it's not as though 5 a day is a limit.
We use it a lot at work. Beetroot and beetroot juice is also your friend.

Yes, I add it to apple juice for a tolerable tasting drink, find it goes a bit J Arthur with anything citrus based.
