My freerider elements VXI sole had started to delaminate, rest of the shoe is in great Nick despite being a year old almost to the day. A quick email to CRC on Monday, all they asked for was some pictures. Got home today to a new pair of freerider elements, as they are a fiver cheaper than I paid, an e-voucher for that too.
All I have to do to keep my side of the bargain is to dispose of the old shoes.

Mine are doing that too but sure they're over a year old... Crc are great with returns, almost Argos-like!
I had the exact same with mine after about 4-5 months, which my local shop warrantied. I chose to get my money back and bought a pair of impact vxi's. Unfortunately, after five months they had the same issue. The shop warrantied them again. Great service from both five ten and the shop.
