I've had a Saris Bones RS bike rack for 5 years and over that time it must have travelled 10,000 miles so has seen a fair bit of abuse.
Part of the mounting arm broke (cosmetic really) a while back and a few weeks ago, one of the cam levers broke.
Contacted Saris to put their "lifetime guarantee" to the test. They said to get in touch with Wiggle so I emailed some pictures. Wiggle sent a courier to collect the rack last Tuesday and yesterday a brand new one (£190!) was delivered.
I was expecting to be fobbed off with a "wear and tear" email so was pleasantly surprised!
