Keep seeing negative threads on here about crap customer service from various companys so thought i'd try and counter them with some positive vibes.
Had a problem with a bearing pivot on one of my bikes so went to my LBS and ordered a pivot kit for £50.
No problem with that as i'd not helped by damaging the bolt trying to extract it.
Emailed Jungle to find out what size and pitch the thread was so i could clean up the internal thread.
Jonty replied on a Saturday morning with the tap size I'd need and the offer to send me a new pivot bolt FOC and told me to get a refund from the LBS. 😀
Bikes now sorted for the price of an M15x1.5 tap instead of a tap and £50. 8)

Also respond really quickly to emails to, letting me know the new ks southpaw had came in 5mins after they received them and to order one through stif cycles.
