Bought some Hope vision 4 lights of the classifieds, after a few weeks they developed a fault where the head unit was shorting out the batteries.
Sent a quick email to Hope to see what they recommend and they asked me to send them in. I completed the warranty form, including payment information if required and sent them off with a pack of haribo in the box.
Received them back after three days via fed ex with new leads and circuit board fitted all free of charge. This is why my bike is like an advertisement board for Hope Products, they (for me) have always come up trumps when something goes wrong, these lights were four years old and i told them i wasn't the original owner but they still fixed them for me.
