Hi has anyone got any Gps files of routes in the west of Cornwall that encompass a bit of off road suitable for a cross bike.Know the roads around that area from Hayle down to Lands end just don't know any of the bridleways\tracks that link the tarmac?

Haven't got an GPX, but there's plenty of old mine tracks from Porthtowan to Chapelporth to St Agnes - you can also ride to the top of St Agnes Head and cut down some of the minor roads to take you back to the start. Cot Valley near St Just around to Cape Cornwall and Botallack is also a good route. In peak season best to ride later in the day to avoid the bobble-hat brigade.
