As it says I've got a budget of around 350, will probably try 650b, is hunt the answer, I've seen an add for ryanbuilds open to suggestions
Cheers
Someone I know just had some gravel wheels built by Ryan builds wheels and think it was around your budget. Think it was Bitex hubs and decent DT Swiss rims and he’s happy with them. I’ve only ordered spokes from Ryan before and they arrived the day after I ordered them so I was impressed with that. He cuts all his own spokes etc.
Equally I’ve got some Hunt 4seasons wheels and generally they’ve been ok. I did write off a rim but that was me ploughing into an enormous pothole I didn’t see until too late to avoid it. Crash replacement rim arrived very quickly at 30% discount (I think) and in the end I’ve rebuilt it with aci double butted spokes and no further issues.
That said I’d prefer DT Swiss rims on the whole.
Really can't see past these for replacement gravel wheels myself. I want them, I just really don't need them at the moment. In 700 or 650 flavour and almost within budget.

I've found Hunt 4 season gravel (700c) to be faultless so far
I also have the Hunt 4 season gravel (700c) and am very happy with them. I am in fact toying with the idea of a pair of hunt carbon 650 wheels too for a pair of wider tyres.
