Gravel bike for my wife

My wife is looking for her first gravel bike, she's really looking for an all-road rather than pure play gravel. She just wants to have the flexibility of being able to go along any kind of path without worrying.

She's really interested in a Ribble cgr as she can get mechanical 105, hope wheels and a custom colour for a decent price.

Is there anything else she should be looking at? I'm a bit worried that it's at the top end for an aluminium bike, although she has been to the Ribble store and they have fitted her so she now knows exactly which size of bike she needs (weirdly an extra extra small despite the fact that she is 5'4 )

Before she pulls the trigger on the ribble is there anything else is she should look at ? She was quite taken by the titanium version but they don't do it in an extra extra small. Only an extra small and apparently it comes up big

Geo shown down page for https://www.ribblecycles.co.uk/ribble-cgr-al/ gives 365mm reach, 556mm stack and 470mm seat tube for the XS.

That sounds very generous for XS to me!

Titanium's definitely worth it if you can find something that works. None of the usual suspects seem to have sizes that small though.

Tripster ATR has an XX-Small size, but the ETT is still closer to Ribble's XS than their XXS.

I thought you were suggesting a swap for a moment!

i wouldn’t be too upset about what metal it’s made of. Ti is  pretty but a well made Al bike is going to work as well. And if it is in a nice color, even better.

Disappointed no one has asked for pics of the wife yet.

Paul's were great when I bought a GT Gravel EBike recently.

They have a nice Rocky Mountain

They are quite long still
