🙁 we think - apart from a similar day two weeks ago when I couldn't ride - there has been a month when it's rained every day. This time last year it was all frozen.

There really were a lot of people tho. Even for the Malverns.

Did a (not particularly) quick loop of the Hammer (Moray Monster Trails). It pissed with rain the whole time and the trail was basically a bunch of slippery rocks sticking out of a slimy path. No way was I going to prolong the misery by stopping to take pictures. I'm glad somebody enjoyed some sunshine though.

No pics but nice to get out. More people out riding / running / walking than I see in the middle of summer. New Yr resolution syndrome I guess 😉

Complete sh*tfest out there though.

Had plenty of sunny days but not riding sadly.

Never got my arse into gear. I'm planning on getting back into it again I've been walking a bit latterly to build some base fitness back, this week I'll be digging out my gear and cleaning it. May even service a couple of bikes.

Thursday's ride just north of Melbourne - 41degC in the valley - computer recorded 52deg c with reflected heat off the blacktop on final section of descent not normally that hot

Or a spring shot from near Ladybower from a few years ago not quite in the spirit of things but is sunny and has a bike in it and is very gratuitous
