Price looks way too low. Looking at the map the area looks decent enough though.

It won't exist. Almost all the ads like this with no phone number on Gumtree are scams.
Usually they will say that they are currently out of the country so a courier will act as middle man. They request that money is paid to the courier through a link provided and that they will deliver the bike once payment is made. You pay the fictitious courier and obviously never hear another thing.
