Does anyone have any experience of getting a goretex jacket repaired? The tape has come away on a seam and a 2cm gap is letting in water on one of the stretchy panels.
Who did you use and what was the turnaround? The weather is crap and I don't want to be without it for too long.

The gore website just lists possible repairers. I wanted to get some feedback on users experiences with these companies before I contact them.
