Has anyone used the above?

They seem to come in 3 easy to understand constructions, trail, enduro and DH, with enduro and DH being 2 ply constructions.

Any thoughts?

Got them* front and rear on my big bike

Good weight, tublessed a doddle, good dry to mid traction, terrible in mud especially that just rained thin layer over hard sort of stuff. Size up well. Rear has worn a lot more than the minion I used before. Reckon I'll have had 9 months moderate use and it'll be coming off and going to tyre heaven when I next get chance to swap over.

That said I plan to replace with the same.

*oh yeah, previous versions, I like them 🤷🏼‍♀️

I ran the previous version in the DH Ultimate version and really liked it as a front tyre, punctured it on Newtyle Hill (Dunkeld) but it's pretty rocky and I was racing.

Would be happy to try the newer ones also

I've ran the older version for a couple of years in non-full winter. Really like them, roll faster and gripper than Minion F+R and robust enough but its not rocky where I ride.
Serpantly well made & more robust than often goes wobbly Maxxis

Used em as rear tyres on my son's 650ber and my 29er. They were fine. Good at BPW. And bargain prices.
I've got the Goodyear teeny knobble ones (Peaks) on a hardtail and they hold pressure (tubeless) for blinkin ages.
Looking at the website, they appear to have redesigned the knobbles on em all, so no idea about the new ones!

I think I inherited that very tyre off you. Stuck it on the back of the Dave when I built it, and it was fine. I never noticed it at all, which is pretty much what I look for in a rear tyre.

The dh ultimate on the big bike are outstanding.heavy as you'd expect and I mean heavy but I got them for 25 each and at the time was a punt but it's paid off .
Had to change the 2.6 rear as it was a bit tight on the swingarm and could only find 2.4 in enduro casing and it wasn't as confident inspiring.
Very keen to try the new versions as and when any deals pop up
