Afternoon All,
Has anybody got any good recommendations for a good winter epic mtb ride in Snowdonia? Something a little different to Snowdonia or Cadair Idris.
Obviously being a winter epic the distance would be shorter then normal but getting high up would be good (weather dependant obviously).
Any recommendations?

The Pont Scethin loop is awesome, much beefier than it's 18km length suggests and being pretty coastal it's often ok in winter. Includes 2 mountain passes. I can't think of anything much longer that doesn't involve Snowdon/Cadair, unless you concoct a big low-level link-up around Gerionydd/Marin/Penmachno/Sarn Helen trails.
