Just to Richard at Aberdeenshire Bicycle Works invested maybe half an hour of his time in helping me with a suspension query this morning when it was fairly obvious it wasn't heading in the direction of a sale for him.
This is in spite of staying on the other side of the country so I'm not likely to start walking across the threshold to buy parts.
I just thought the service was good enough to spread the word.
