Planning heading to Ballater for 2/3 nights later in the week. Looking for a couple of decent road rides in the 50-100 mile ballpark.
Any recommendations?

Ride to Corgarff via the A97 to Boultenstone, then from Corgarff you could do an out-and-back to the Lecht, before returning via the A939 to Gairnshiel Lodge and then the B976 to Bush Crathie, returning via the B976 from Easter Balmoral.
That would work out about 65mile I think, I've only ridden down from the Lecht and along the A939 and B976, some of the best roads I've ridden, great surface, steep, scenic and lots of corners.
