i know you can get ones custommade. but never heared of anyone doing so.
I only have customs in my ski boots, then again, the whole boot was moulded to me, so why not! Otherwise, check out Superfeet.

Cushioned might not be the way forward (or it might). I had some custom moulded eva inserts that didn't do much. No surprise really with 200lbs pressing down on them. My current ones are nylon with zero give. No cushion but maximum support, much more comfortable. Might be worth considering. Bit like bike saddles, the big squishy ones aren't always that comfortable.
As above, it's not what you're asking for, but might fit the bill better than soft footbeds. Backcountry in Ilkley do custom moulded footbeds which spread your weight over the whole foot and arch, which standard footbeds don't do. It made a massive different for me a)when I changed from a desk/car job to a standing on your feet all day job. b) stopping sore knee joints when doing big walks. Phone them first and ask, it's 4-5 years since I had the last fit done.
i dont need the insoles to support my feet, more to cushion my right ankle. it is nearly fused solid with arthritis. i am waiting for a op to shave the bone.
cushioning will hopefully lessen the shooting pain i get with each footstep.
